Free Fitness Calculators and Tools for Women 35 to 60

Every number here is built the same way: the equation the dietetics evidence library recommends, protein set first, every step of the math shown on the page, and no target that would have you under-eating. Pick the one that answers your question.

The short answer

Use the macro calculator for a full set of daily targets, the protein calculator for the one number that matters most, and the TDEE calculator to see what you burn with no deficit. All three are free, run on the page and need no sign-up.

How they are built

Why these calculators are different

01

Written for women

They use the female form of the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, the one the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics evidence library recommends when a metabolic cart is not available.

02

Protein first

Protein gets a real number from the ISSN position stand before carbs and fat are touched. It never comes out of a percentage.

03

A floor

No tool on this site will show you a calorie target under 1,200. If your answers land lower, it says so and tells you to talk to a coach or a clinician.

04

The math is on the page

Every calculator has a "Show me the math" section with your own numbers plugged in, and the sources are named.

05

Over 40 and GLP-1 aware

The protein tools nudge the range for women over 40 and hold protein at the exercising band when you tick the GLP-1 box, with an honest note about what the research does and does not say.

From Julie

"A calculator gives you a starting point. What you do in the two weeks after is the real information."

I built these because the calculators women were bringing me handed them 1,200 calories and no protein number, and then they blamed themselves when it stopped working. These tools will not do that. Use them, watch what happens, and adjust. If you want someone to do the adjusting with you, that is what coaching is.

Questions

About the tools

Tap a question to open the answer.

Which calculator should I use first?

If you want a full set of daily targets, the macro calculator. If you only want the one number that matters most, the protein calculator. If you want to know what you burn without any deficit, the TDEE calculator.

Are these calculators free and do I have to sign up?

Yes, free, and no. Every calculator runs on the page with no sign-up. There is an optional box to email yourself the result. The recipe guide and the quiz do ask for an email because they deliver something to you.

Are the calculators accurate for women over 40?

They use the female Mifflin-St Jeor equation and the ISSN protein position stand, with an over-40 nudge and a GLP-1 setting, and every step of the math is shown. Treat any result as a starting point you adjust from over two to three weeks.

Can I embed or link to a calculator on my own site?

Yes. Each calculator page has a "share or link" box at the bottom with copy-ready link code. Coaches, dietitians and bloggers are welcome to link.
