Four ways to work with me, one honest page. Prices with their terms, what each one includes, and who each one is actually for.
HSA and FSA purchases run through Truemed.

Start with Build Your Own Program if you want to choose your own pieces and watch the total change as you pick. Choose the App at $49 a month if you are a self-starter who wants workouts and education without a coach. Choose Foundation for custom macros, workouts, and check-ins. Choose Elite for weekly 1:1 Zoom calls and the closest support I offer.
There are four ways to work with me, and they are not four rungs on a ladder. They are four different amounts of me in your week.
The App is self-guided. Build Your Own Program lets you pick the pieces. Foundation is coached. Elite is coached with weekly face time.
"You pick the pieces. The price moves with you."
Here is the side by side, using only what is published on the site today. Where a cell says Ask, the live site does not spell that detail out for that option, so I would rather you ask me on the application than have me guess in print.

Medical weight-loss tools means peptide and metabolic support offered through a licensed medical team. It is never required, and it is not where anyone starts. HSA and FSA purchases run through Truemed.
The one line to take from the table: the App gives you the tools, Foundation gives you a coach, and Elite gives you that coach every week on a call.
This is the question underneath every other question on this page, so here it is plainly.
The App has no coach in it. You get the workouts, the education library, the food journal, and the tracking. You run it.
Foundation has me in it through custom macros, custom workouts, and check-ins. It is real coaching, built around what you send me.
Elite is the most contact I offer: a weekly 1:1 Zoom call, weekly diet audits, and custom macros and workouts. If you know you do best when someone looks you in the eye every week, this is that.
Build Your Own Program sits wherever you put it. Choose the JSF Vault starting point and you are close to the App. Choose more and you move toward coaching. The total updates as you choose, so you can see the cost of each piece before you commit.
"A coach who keeps it real, not rigid. Structure you need, support you crave."
"Constant and consistent feedback. She's a real person giving real advice and review of what I'm doing. She's an accountability buddy and a kick in the butt."Sarah, via Trustpilot
Honest positioning, including the limits. I would rather you pick the right size than the biggest one.
For you if you already know how to show up and just want the workouts, the food journal, and the education in one place for $49 a month.
Not for you if what has been missing is someone checking your work.
For you if you want to see the pieces and the price before you talk to anyone. Pick a starting point (JSF Vault, Group, Most Popular, All In) and the total moves as you add or remove.
Not for you if you would rather I just tell you what to do. For that, apply.
For you if you want a plan built for your body and your week, with custom macros, custom workouts, and check-ins, and you can commit to six or twelve months.
Not for you if you want a weekly call. That is Elite.
For you if you want the closest support I offer, weekly Zoom calls, weekly diet audits, and medical weight-loss tools included, and the price fits your life without strain.
Not for you if you are hoping the price alone makes it work. It does not. Showing up does.
Most plans are built for a life with nothing else in it. Yours gets built for the one you are living.
Whichever size you pick, the plan inside it is built the same way: around your body, your week, and the foods you actually eat. The difference between the options is how much of me is in it, not how much of you.
"She takes the time to get to know each individual client and customizes their plan to fit their body, lifestyle, and personal needs. She also pays close attention to allergies and health concerns, which makes you feel genuinely cared for and supported throughout the entire process. On top of that, her services are affordable and truly worth the investment."Nascha, via Trustpilot
Here is the straight answer, including the part I cannot answer on this page.
The App is month to month. You can stop it anytime, and there is no enrollment fee, so it is the lowest-stakes place to begin.
Foundation and Elite run on a six month minimum or a discounted twelve month term. After the commitment is fulfilled, you can cancel with thirty days notice and it rolls to month to month. Those terms are the terms; I do not want you reading this page and assuming coaching is as loose as the App.
Build Your Own Program lets you choose pieces, and the total updates as you choose. That is the flexibility built into it: you decide what is in your program before you pay for it.
Anything beyond that is a conversation. Moving from Foundation to Elite partway through a term, or changing what you built, is something to ask on the application. I personally review every single application, and I will tell you what is possible for your situation rather than what sounds good on a page.
Three questions, answered honestly, get most women to the right option in about a minute.
If it is structure and a place to log food, the App covers it. If it is someone reading your check-in and changing the plan, you need Foundation or above. If it is a weekly conversation, that is Elite.
The App is $49 a month. Foundation is $500 a month on a six month term or $475 a month on a twelve month term. Elite is $1,500 a month on a six month term or $1,450 a month on a twelve month term. Affirm and Klarna are available on Foundation and Elite.
A price you resent by month three is the wrong price.
Open Build Your Own Program and pick a starting point. Watch the total move. You will learn what you actually value by what you add back.
"You cannot out-discipline a system working against you." That includes a program that costs more than your month can hold.
"I went into this program not really knowing what to expect—and honestly, I was a little shocked by the price at first. I've tried other programs before that didn't work, and I ended up feeling like I wasted both time and money. This experience has been the complete opposite."Beth, via Trustpilot
Individual experiences vary. Results are not typical or guaranteed.

Every option on this page is coaching. None of it is medical care, and I want that clear before you choose.
Where you see "medical weight-loss tools" on this page, it means peptide and metabolic support offered through a licensed medical team. It is never required, and it is not where anyone starts.
Nothing here guarantees a result. Not the App, not Elite, not the price.
What I can promise is a plan built for the life you are living and a coach who tells you the truth.
Yes. The JSF Vault is the App, delivered through Everfit. It is $49 a month with no enrollment fee, and you can cancel anytime. On the Build Your Own Program screen, JSF Vault is one of the four starting points.
The live site lists Foundation as custom macros, workouts, and check-ins. The weekly 1:1 Zoom call and weekly diet audits are listed under Elite. If a weekly call matters to you, choose Elite or ask about it on the application.
Because you are committing longer. Foundation is $500 a month on six months or $475 a month on a twelve month term, which saves $300 a year. Elite is $1,500 a month on six months or $1,450 a month on a twelve month term, which saves $600 a year.
HSA and FSA purchases for Julie Salter Fitness run through Truemed. Truemed decides eligibility, not me, so I cannot promise any option qualifies. Check with Truemed before you count on it.
No. They are optional, offered through a licensed medical team, never required, and never where anyone starts. Foundation lets you add them separately; Elite includes access. The App includes education about them, not the tools themselves.
You submit the application. I personally review every single application. We connect. Then you decide. Take your time. There's zero pressure or rushed sales tactics.
Open Build Your Own Program, pick a starting point, and watch the total move. If you already know you want a coach, apply and I will read it myself.
You pick the pieces. The price moves with you.
Coaching is education and support, not medical care. Prices and inclusions are as published by Julie Salter Fitness on September 15, 2026 and may change; the application confirms current terms. Nothing on this page guarantees a result.
