AGREEMENT
Contract between Julie Salter Fitness, LLC and all parties under the duration of selected services (detailed on the last page).
REQUIREMENTS OF SERVICE PROVIDER
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC will deliver all services purchased by the client.
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC will work to the best of their ability to help the client towards their desired goals.
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC will ensure the confidentiality and security of all client info unless asked and agreed to be released Julie Salter Fitness, LLC will work in compliance with the latest transaction policies.
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC will follow the contract as stated.
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC will observe all national holidays.
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC will respond to all correspondence within 48 hours on business days.
REQUIREMENTS BY SERVICE PROVIDER
The client will maintain & honor the contract.
The client will adhere to the program details with first priority to their health and safety.
The client will remain under services for a minimum of 12 months.
The client must maintain confidentiality of all services and plans received.
The client will express any dissatisfaction with services with Julie Salter Fitness, LLC immediately.
The client must acknowledge that their results are a direct reflection of their effort, health history & lifestyle.
BILLING
The client must opt in to automatic recurring billing or pay for the duration of their contract in full.
The client must pay before the start of services.
The client will automatically be charged per the billing cycle determined at the time of on-boarding unless paid in full.
Clients are allowed to pay multiple months upfront in advance if desired.
Clients are allowed a maximum of 2 weeks to delay their billing for 1 time only if circumstances occur. During this time services will be paused.
If a client wishes to not be charged further and ultimately ending their services, it must be communicated through email with a 30 day notice.
REFUNDS
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC holds the right for all sales to be final & non refundable.
CANCELLATIONS & DISMISSALS
Due to the upfront cost of third party software usage for client plans the client will be billed $500 for a cancellation prior to the 12 month agreement.
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC has the full discretion to dismiss any client they feel necessary for lack of dedication to the program and/or contract.
The client will pay a cancellation fee of $350 in addition to $500 early cancellation fee if the client does not abide by the cancellation policy.
COMMERCIAL USE OF INFORMATION
All before and after photos as well as statements received by Julie Salter Fitness, LLC is of fair use if granted permission for promotion and commercial use unless further notified by the client in which case all material will be taken down.
DISCLAIMER
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC provides services geared towards health & fitness and any unfortunate element with any health and fitness journey is the risk of harm to the individual.
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC requires all future clients to be cleared by a health professional before beginning any of the services provided. The client should stop any activity that may cause harm upon themselves while under our services.
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC will not be liable for any and all actions/fees that may occur on behalf of the client while using our services and afterwards.
The client waives all rights for prosecution against Julie Salter Fitness, LLC by agreeing to these terms.
Results are never guaranteed even though you are set up with the best tools and resources possible to achieve the results you desire.
ONBOARDING
Clients will sign and agree to the contract of policies and procedures.
Clients will submit payment upon execution of this contract.
All plans will be delivered within 7 days of payment on business days.
CHECK INS & UPDATES
Clients are encouraged to ask questions and communicate with Julie Salter Fitness, LLC throughout the week.
Clients must complete any assigned tasks prior to checking in.
Clients will execute plans to the best of their ability each week.
Check ins will be submitted using the mobile app and clear instructions provided.
Plan updates will be provided within 48 hours of check in submission.
Client check ins will occur per the provided schedule.
Check ins must be completed on time. Late or skipped check ins will not be accepted.
COMMUNICATION
Julie Salter Fitness, LLC will respond to all forms of communication within 48 hours or less on business days.
Clients are allowed 48 hours to respond to an email that needs attention.
Clients are allowed 48 hours to respond to all other communication.
Clients are allowed 24 hours to respond to phone calls that need attention.
If Julie Salter Fitness, LLC will be undergoing foreseen circumstances to where they can not meet the communication guidelines it must be communicated.

Client dissatisfaction must be communicated by email immediately.
Cease of services will occur by phone call between Julie Salter Fitness, LLC and the client.
Billing issues will only be discussed by email and phone call.
Billing issues need to be discussed a minimum of one week prior to the next billing cycle or client will be charged.
If a response is not received by the client within the allotted time then all actions will proceed or will be paused as necessary at the discretion of Julie Salter Fitness, LLC.
SERVICE DETAILS
Mindset Coaching: Evaluation & coaching regarding mindset, self talk and healthy habits.
Nutrition Coaching: Nutrition regimen/tailoring based on the goals & needs of the client.
Accountability Coaching: Method for ensuring adherence to the program.
Communication: Messages (as needed).
Tasks & Assignments: Tasks assigned that are related to client goals.
MARKETING
Clients may be asked to help with future campaigns.
