Hi, I’m Julie!

For as long as I can remember, I lived in a world of diets and quick fixes — chasing smaller numbers, then watching them creep back up. I could drop 30 pounds with pure willpower… but I always gained back more. After decades of struggling, I realized I didn’t need another diet — I needed to learn how to actually live.

When I finally hired a coach in my 30s, everything changed. I lost 40 pounds, found confidence in the gym, and stopped labeling foods as “good” or “bad.” I learned how to enjoy life — wine, chocolate, and all — while getting stronger than I’d ever been.

That transformation sparked my mission: to help other women break free from the yo-yo cycle and finally feel at home in their bodies. My coaching isn’t about restriction — it’s about education, empowerment, and building sustainable habits that last a lifetime.
